RESOLVED - Trial will not go past splash screen without license key Modified By ARoehrl on 9/8/2012 11:08:40 PM

I downloaded the free trial but I can't get past splash screen without license key. The other two apps load up fine, but I can't launch the trial of the free version without bein stuck on the splash screen.

I'm using zonealarm for FW and AV, on windows 7 64 bit. Please help

Hi Fulcanelli,

The issue you encounter has been resolved in PEM v1.1.0.3. I already replied to your ticket on the PEM Support Desk a few days ago.

Please see if there is a "update available" notice "behind" the splash screen by re-sizing the splas screen window. The hidden update info is a known issue that has been resolved in PEM v1.1.0.3.
