Frozen Main Applications Loading Screen?

Please note that since v1.1 PEM requries ActiveX Control to be installed with your version of Adobe Flash on your system. ActiveX elements are used by the new widget base of PEM and if you don't have those installed the PEM main application will appear frozen upon launch.

To resolve the loading issue please install Adobe flash ActiveX Control. Open this page with Internet Explorer http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/  and follow the online instructions.
